Cheese Filata Solutions Limited (CFSL) was founded with three goals in mind:

1: To promote and assist the work of The Milk Tree (TMT) group of associated companies in facilitating the production of Pasta Filata or stretch type cheeses both within and outside the EU.

3: To find existing or potential cheese producers in milk deficit countries who want to increase their production of cheese for the retail market using our customised ingredients in their production process. These ingredients can be used on their own or in conjunction with fresh milk as desired.

With a combined 100 years of experience of pasta filata cheese and 50 years trading experience we can supply the full range of products and services to enable our customers take advantage of modern developments in the pasta filata area.

While we focus on specialist ingredients for cheese we can also supply the full range of dairy ingredients and commodoties sourced from first class producers around the world.


Who are our customers

We see huge potential in milk deficit countries outside the EU to provide customised products meeting the tastes and pockets of the local consumer

Within the EU we can help factories in milk deficit countries to supplement a scarce milk resource by using products specially commissioned in other member states to produce both natural and processed cheese.

We also supply a consultancy service to cheese producers who want to expand the variety of cheese they make to avoid overexposure to any one area.
